Great balls of... sound?

Two surprisingly heavy G2 speakers needed a thorough scrubbing but the speakers themselves were in perfect working order. But over time they had gathered some serious grime. So, with toothbrush and a mild cleanser they were given a good cleaning, The wire mesh (which sits under the grill band shown here) was replaced. The end results, if we do say so, were spectacular.
